Develpoment

The Development Squad program intends to perfect the swimmers' technique. It will consist of many technical drills with a further increase in the swimming distance. The swimmers who go through the development squad training process will be able to swim all 4 techniques with high efficiency and technique level. In this stage, the coach will slowly introduce swimmers to competitive swimming and racing training.
