Level 3
New Swimmer
In level 3 we will build strength and coordination to develop movements of 2 basic strokes, Front Crawl/Back Crawl. Sessions are getting longer, which allows swimmers to work out each drill more thoroughly.
Aquatic skills required: Push and glide, Kicks with a board, Pick up objects from the bottom, Jump and swim back to the side.
Aquatic skills that child will get:
- Push and glide Front/Back in the streamline position
- Kicks Front/Back
- Arms movements FC/BC with a board
- Be confident on the deep side
- Swim 15-20 m
- Treading water
